The questions behind the brief

Practical answers for the next test.

CarePilot is a managed creative-production partnership for teams that need a steadier flow of thoughtful, organized variants—not another platform to operate.

Why is the studio $4,000/month?

The studio is a managed creative-production partnership for teams with paid acquisition in motion. The monthly engagement covers direction, production, iteration, and an organized handoff of testing-ready creative. It is not a self-serve tool, a media-buying service, or a ROAS guarantee.

What do we receive each month?

The illustrative planning range across two cycles is:

  • 16–24 short-form video cuts
  • 24–40 static variants
  • 8–16 hook concepts

That is a planning range, not a fixed quota. Final volume varies with brief complexity, selected formats, review cycles, and revisions.

What does “done” look like in the first two weeks?

A typical first cycle moves through four stages: days 1–2 align on the brief, inputs, angles, and testing hypotheses; days 3–6 develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and visual directions; days 7–12 refine and produce selected directions across formats; and days 13–14 organize and hand off labelled, testing-ready files with useful context. It is a useful first testing cycle, not a performance promise.

How does onboarding work?

After you apply, the team reviews the context and follows up within two business days. If there is a fit, the next steps are an intake call, onboarding around the working inputs, review rhythm, and handoff details, then the first two-week delivery window.

What do we need to provide?

No pitch deck is required. Bring the product, audience, offer or product truths, channel context, existing creative, relevant performance learnings, and the testing questions or hypotheses you want to explore. Those are the same kinds of signals covered in the application intake; CarePilot does not supply media-buying data or make your launch decisions.

Who owns the generated creative?

The engagement agreement is the source of truth for the commercial rights to CarePilot-produced deliverables. It sets out what your team may use and the applicable terms; no separate promise of an unrestricted copyright transfer is implied here. Stock assets, creator work, music, software, and other third-party material remain subject to the license or permission that governs them.

How do reviews and revisions work?

Each cycle includes a working review loop: we align on directions, CarePilot refines selected concepts and produces the variants, and your feedback and revisions shape the final mix and timing. The review rhythm is agreed during onboarding. Output ranges are planning ranges, not unlimited revision rounds.

Which platforms and formats do you cover?

The work is designed for your existing acquisition workflow and can be briefed around Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, or another channel represented by your intake. We work across short-form video and static treatments. Your media team remains responsible for platform setup, launch, buying, and performance decisions.
